Refund Policy

We want you to love Akshara. If it isn't the right tool for your book, we'll give you your money back — no questions asked.

30-day money-back guarantee. Every $49 Akshara license comes with a full 30-day refund window. Change your mind for any reason in the first 30 days, and we'll refund you.

How to request a refund

Send an email to akhilmayasharma@gmail.com with:

the email address you used at checkout;
your Paddle order number (it's in the purchase confirmation email).

You don't need to tell us why. We'll approve the refund and Paddle will credit your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

AI credit packs

AI credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you bought a pack and haven't used a single credit from it, we'll refund the unused pack within the same 30-day window.

Refunds are processed by Paddle

Paddle is our payment partner and Merchant of Record. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle — we can't send refunds any other way.

After the 30-day window

We don't offer refunds on licenses after 30 days. But if something is broken or not working the way we advertised, email us — we'll make it right.
